Robin and her firm worked with Starling Physicians from the group's conception as the merger of two existing practices. She educated the leadership team about the best ways to encourage our patients and others in our community to adopt our new name and identity. Within one year of the merger our website traffic indicated that almost all visitors were finding us directly rather than being redirected from one of the legacy practice websites.

Robin helped us consistently message our new identity and highlight our capabilities through excellent content on TV screens in every waiting area, targeted use of social and print media, and strategic support of community activities that achieved high visibility for the group. At every step of the way Robin made very judicious use of the allocated budget. 

Every aspect of her firm's work reflected incredibly well on the Starling practice and her partnership was invaluable to our growth and evolution. I hope to have the opportunity to work with her and her firm again!
