Two large and prominent healthcare organizations were merging into a single entity. Although each organization had well-established brands for many decades, we strategized with the executive team and decided to craft a powerful new brand that would build on the integrated strength of the combined organization.


We began the rebranding effort with a thorough research phase which included focus groups, interviews, competitive benchmarking, and patient surveys of each organization. We then led an executive board of management and physicians through a strategic process of defining a new vision, mission, values, name, and visual identity.


Our team managed all aspects of brand development, from logo design to building an extensive website, signage, and all new company collateral. We then oversaw all aspects of the brand launch to gain employee buy-in, maintain patient retention, and achieve national recognition of the new healthcare organization in the marketplace. For a decade, we handled all internal and external marketing and established a robust and professional marketing presence.
