A large healthcare organization struggled with how to share important information with hundreds of physicians and staff across different specialties and locations. Our challenge was to ensure that all medical providers and staff were clear on where the company was heading and their role in helping this journey be successful. They also needed valuable information to help them perform more effectively and remain current with changing regulatory, technology, and policy guidelines.


Previously, physicians were inundated with emails from all over the organization on a variety of topics. As a result, many of these emails went unread and physicians complained they lacked information. We consolidated the workflow of information into one central source and scheduled a bi-weekly email newsletter with everything physicians needed to know, including updates from the CEO, COO, CFO, and other department heads. We created a professional and easy to read e-newsletter, curated all content, maintained a regular distribution schedule, and monitored open rates. Within a few editions, open rates went from 25% to over 85%. Physicians consistently praised the content and appreciated that key information came from one reliable source on a regular basis. This helped morale, productivity, and levels of engagement.
